Short Intro. Hello my name is Nicole B. Some people know me as Nicki. I am a high-energy, confident professional with an infectious enthusiasm towards media advertising.
Where Have I Been? I graduated in May of 2015 with in Business Administration with a concentration of Marketing & a Management and Finance degree from Brooklyn College. I worked with Zenith Media as an Assistant Associate Executive as an intern, and from there I knew it was love at first sight.
Where Am I Now?I am working with a media agency called Saatchi & Saatchi as a Billing Coordinator and I learned even more about traditional media. In the life I live, you cannot help yourself but hear about digital media and so I became eager to develop my skill set even more. I join the Digital Apprentice Family of CO*OP, which allow me to get certifications in the digital world. It gave me the opportunity to learn and experience Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, as well as others experiences with Paid Social, SEO, SEM and so much more.
Where Am I Going? I really want to expand my knowledge along with the experience that I already have to drive into Media Planning. I want to aid the clients to the best that I can so I can maximize their investment to its fullest potential and right now with the proper guidance I will make that dream come true.

2 Companies I really admire and Why
When I eat something, there are certain expectations that comes with every bite. I want the every ingredient to be fresh and well balanced. Donald and Susan Sutherland were on the search for the best ice cream but nothing beats the freshness of their hunger . It became a thing of pride and decided to make their own. They then open up the first Cold Stone in 1988. They redefine the way ice cream is by reinventing the idea that already existed on the market. It is fascinating that their market approach was to make ice cream fresh. They now serve fresh ice cream everyday to their stores. However, personal is something that the consumer can do in the comfort of their homes. There was then a market for a personal experience. The reinvent the ice cream that they mix on a cold granite with the consumers selected topping. When going into a cold stone, there are always different flavors available. It keeps the idea of a new and trending to keep their sales constant.
I live in the city that never sleeps, because there is so much to do and there is so little time. In my downtime I would rather unwind with a cup of hot chocolate and watch television but not home to do that. This is why I became fond of HULU and it was made for users like me. With 9 million subscribers and 700 hours of streaming entertainment. This is all because of the out of the box thinker Jason Kilar who left DreamWorks Animation to create this over 2 million dollar company that was launched in March of 2008. They stream over 1 billion videos per month with old shows and new ones from networks like NBC, FOX, ABC. This gave the opportunities of 2,000 campaigns to advertise and now moving from digital marketing to interactive advertising.

When I first came to Brooklyn College, I went because it was had the opportunity to do so much with your degree and a different environment.
However walking through campus, I felt alone and unmotivated. It make it difficult to felt a sense of belonging.
I thought the best thing I was to do is to motivate myself. I, then join the campus gym. I saw the improvements but I was still anti-social. Most student went to class and left about their day. I wanted to become more involved and so then joined 2- Hispanic clubs so I can learn more about the culture and language.
With these clubs I began to create a wanting to go to school and learn more than what is provided in the classroom. I began to networks and took leadership roles into creating groups for charitable causes.
When going to school, I learned that people do not confide with others for similarities but more for uniqueness. I have to be more confident in myself and that is what going to attach the right company, along with prosper in my future.
