Continue Your COOP Legacy
The end of program is just the beginning of your COOP journey.
Over 60% of our staff members are alumni. This translates to a workplace that is mission-driven, where we collaborate in the spirit of servant leadership with equal parts head, heart and hustle.
Here are some ways you can pay it forward and stay involved in the community!
A captain is a COOP alumni hired to support our flagship program in a part time capacity. Captains facilitate workshops, support their cohort’s career development, and prepare COOPers for key program touch points and the expectations that come with securing an entry level role.
The captainship provides an opportunity to grow collaboration and leadership skills through exposure to an array of alumni with varying levels of experience.
While there are different captain titles, all captains’ primary focus is to support their Program Managers in achieving their goals and provide their COOPers with career readiness.
