This year, we integrated AI training throughout the fellowship, launched a randomized controlled trial to measure our impact, and expanded career support for fellows beyond the 16-week fellowship.

Last year, we celebrated our 10th anniversary and welcomed over 2,000 fellows — all of whom identified as first-generation college graduates or were Pell Grant eligible.
