The COOP Alumni Experience

When you become a COOP fellow, you don’t just complete a program; you join a lifelong community designed to support your career growth, professional network, and continued learning long after graduation.

  For up to 8 months after graduation, alumni can opt in to structured career support and ongoing alumni services that provide additional job search workshops, career advisors, opportunities to practice for interviews, and a peer group for accountability and community.

  As a COOP alum, you have ongoing access to a curated job board featuring opportunities from COOP employer partners and our national alumni network.
