Making connections that make a difference

Our Employer Partnerships team is the connective tissue between our fellows, alumni, and the employer partners who want to hire them.

Through these collaborations we were able to host between 50-100 professional development events for our fellows each cycle. These opportunities range from open houses, career mentoring sessions, and workshops to direct job referrals, employer panels and networking. This exposes our fellows to a wide range of career opportunities in the marketing, tech, and finance industries.
