What's your favorite part about working at Publicis Media?
Working at Publicis Media has been a great decision. The best part of working at Publicis Media is the opportunity to work and collaborate with very talented people from other teams. I’ve been given the ability to learn from the other teams. I’ve learned many aspects of advertising that are outside of my roles and responsibilities.
How did your experience at COOP prepare you for your role?
COOP has been an amazing resource for preparing for my role. It gave me the opportunity to dip my feet into the data analytics and advertising fields. Being in a community with like-minded people who were already in the industry was a very valuable resource. Not only was I able to learn the technical skills, but I was also able to grow the soft skills to succeed in preparing for my role.
If you could give the version of yourself that was just starting COOP advice, what would it be?
If I could give the version of myself that just started COOP some advice, it would to not be afraid to reach out and ask questions. With the amount of immeasurable resources COOP has to offer, no questions go unanswered. COOP has set up an amazing foundation to foster growth for hard and soft skills. Take advantage of the opportunity you’ve been given and use that opportunity to learn as much as you can from not only your captains, but from your peers.

What's your favorite part about working at Basis?
Working at Basis has been an absolutely rewarding journey! One of the most exciting aspects has been getting to know the incredible people here. Every day, I have the privilege of collaborating with and learning from new teams, which has led to some of the most unforgettable experiences of my career. With each challenge that arises, I've been empowered to step out of my comfort zone and embrace new opportunities for growth.
How did your experience at COOP prepare you for your role?
COOP has been such an invaluable resource for me. As I embarked on a new chapter in my life, their support and guidance gave me the confidence to pursue new and exciting opportunities with ease. Through the program, I was able to recognize my true worth and the value I bring to any potential role, empowering me to go after what I wanted without hesitation. Not only that but being part of COOP allowed me to connect with a group of peers who were all facing similar challenges during the pandemic, providing a sense of community and solidarity. Thanks to COOP, I'm now more than ready to take on my current role with all the skills, confidence, and enthusiasm I need to succeed.
If you could give the version of yourself that was just starting COOP advice, what would it be?
Looking back on my experience with COOP, I would definitely tell my past self to ask ALL of the questions! Don't be afraid to reach out for help or further clarification because everyone at COOP is genuinely willing to offer support and guidance. Trust me, taking advantage of those learning opportunities will pay off big time! And when you do hit those moments of self-doubt (because they will happen), remember to trust the process. COOP sets up a fantastic system of support and resources for participants, so take advantage of it and come out of the program feeling recharged and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
