Next steps and how to prepare for your interview:

  1. Submit your application (see information below about our eligibility verification process)

    Please make sure your application is fully completed and submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled interview.

  2. What to expect

    Our group interview is designed to get to know you and how you show up in a collaborative environment. This is not a technical interview.

    During the session, you will:

    • Introduce yourself and share more about your background and goals

    • Participate in a group discussion and problem-solving activity

    • Reflect on your experience with peers

    Come as you are! COOP is a judgement-free, supportive space.

  3. Technology requirements

    Please ensure your device is compatible with Zoom and that your camera and audio are working properly. Video participation is required to help us create a connected, engaging experience.

  4. Attendance and scheduling

    Group interview spots are limited. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled interview, please reschedule or cancel using the link provided in your confirmation email so we can offer your spot to another candidate.

  5. Accessibility

COOP Careers eligibility verification 

  • A photo or scanned copy of your degree

    1. A transcript or letter from your registrar that shows your conferral date, name, school, and name of degree

    2. Only for current college seniors: an unofficial or official transcript without your confer date

    Summer 2026 grads are encouraged to apply and interview! Please note that those who are in the process of graduating will need to upload a final degree verification with a conferment date visible before we can fully process your application, so your decision may be delayed until you're able to provide verification. As a reminder, your degree requirements must be complete before 8/12/26 in order to be eligible for COOP.

  • Review acceptable work authorization docs .

    A single document that establishes both Identification and Work Authorization ("List A").

  • Please use the information below to ensure you upload the correct document based on your employment situation. If you cannot locate a paystub for a former role, reach out to your regional recruiting team for assistance.

    You have a single part-time or full-time job:

    • Upload your most recent paystub

    You have multiple jobs:

    • Upload your most recent paystub from the job you work the most hours at

    You don’t have a formal job but you do intermittent paid work, like babysitting, ridesharing, day trading, delivery, etc. 

    • If you have previous FT or PT work experience: Upload your last paystub from your most recent formal employment

    • If you have not had previous FT or PT work experience: Upload a written statement with your name, date, and phone number telling us about your work history, current employment status, and estimated monthly income from your current employment.

    You are unemployed or are in an unpaid internship

    • If you’ve had previous FT or PT work experience: Upload your last paystub from your most recent formal employment

    • Do not upload an unemployment benefits statement.

    • If you have not had previous FT or PT work experience: Upload a written statement with your name, date, and phone number certifying that you have no prior work history and are currently unemployed.
